Lead APP & Client Care Attorney
Kara is one of the firm’s Partners, passionately advocating for our clients in Southwest Florida since 2014. Always knowing she wanted to be an attorney, she received a degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, with a specialization in Commercial and Transactional Law. Ms. Sajdak received her Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law with a focus on Estate Planning & Asset Protection. She is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, and works out of both our Fort Myers and Naples offices.
In addition to meeting with new Estate Planning clients, Kara is also the Lead Client Care Attorney overseeing the firm’s Auto-Pilot Planning Program. After putting together a thoughtful Estate Plan, Kara and her team work diligently to ensure that this plan stays up to date with changing laws, changes to personal circumstances, and changes in assets over time. We truly believe we have the ability to transform your family for generations to come, by making sure your Estate Plan is kept current through regular communication from our office, and annual audits of your file.
Kara has also been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2023-2025. This peer designation is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state.
Something she has always held dear to her heart is Philanthropy in her local community. Kara currently serves on the Voluntary Leadership Board of the American Cancer Society for Collier & Lee Counties. In addition, she was nominated to the Nationwide Gift Planning Advisor Council (NGPAC) to serve as a charitable partner in the estate planning community, to help increase awareness of estate planning techniques and charitable plans benefitting potential donors. She also serves as a Committee Member for the Lee County Cattle Baron’s Ball to benefit the American Cancer Society. In the past, she has also been a board member for the Military Support Foundation and Ronald McDonald House Charities of SWFL, and participated in many local events for various nonprofit organizations.
In addition to her philanthropic endeavors, Kara enjoys spending her free time with her family, particularly chasing after her two young children. On the weekends, you can find her at the ball park or in the pool, spending as much time as possible soaking in this beautiful Florida sunshine.
