Joseph C. LoTempio, Esq. is the firm’s Senior Counsel. He attended St. John Fisher College in his hometown of Rochester, New York, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Mr. LoTempio received his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, FL in 2010. He spent ten years representing consumer debtors in litigation matters against banks and debt collectors before joining the Dorcey Law Firm in 2022. Mr. LoTempio is admitted to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
