Brian H. Bronsther, Esq. is the firm’s Lead Long Term Care Planning and Elder Law Attorney. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Finance. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of Miami School of Law and began practicing law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For several years, before relocating to Southwest Florida, Mr. Bronsther practiced in Upstate New York. Being licensed in both Florida and New York, Mr. Bronsther has been able to serve the firms’ multi-resident clients. Mr. Bronsther focuses his practice on Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration.

Brian and his wife of Leah have found a new home here in beautiful Southwest Florida and a second home at the Dorcey Law Firm. Brian and Leah have recently become members of Temple Beth-El, in Fort Myers and Brian recently joined their men’s’ group. In addition, Brian recently joined the planning committee of Madisen’s Match, one of the largest tennis charity events in the country. Brian and Leah are now taking full advantage of the incredible weather here in Southwest Florida. Whether is grilling outside year-round, going for a dip in the pool, early morning walks and evening bike rides, it is clear to them that they have landed in “paradise”.
